删除你的 Everly AI 账号
这一页说明怎么删除 Everly AI 账号和相关数据。下面两条路结果完全一样,都是真删,不是停用。
在 App 里删(最快)
- 打开 Everly AI,点底部的「我」
- 点最上面你的头像和名字那一行,进入设置
- 往下找到删除账号,输入密码确认,再确认一次
提交后立即生效,不用等。
已经卸载了 App,用邮件申请
把申请发到
请用注册时的邮箱发送,并写明注册用的手机号或邮箱。如果你是用手机号注册的长辈账号,请在邮件里说明,我们会用别的方式核实身份。
我们在收到后 30 天内完成删除并回信确认,通常几个工作日就好。
会删掉什么
- 账号本身,以及你的姓名、邮箱、手机号、头像
- 你的全部对话记录和对话摘要
- AI 从你这里学到的全部记忆
- 服务器上保存的全部音频,包括声音样本和通话录音
- 为你克隆的声音,在服务商那边一并撤销(个别服务商没有删除接口的,会排队等接口可用后撤销)
- 你发出的心愿、故事、关怀提醒
- 你和家人之间的连接
如果你是长辈账号,你在每一位子女那边的记录都会被删除,包括你已经解除连接的子女。
不会删掉什么
你的家人自己写下的内容不属于你,不会被删除,比如子女为你填写的资料卡、子女自己的记忆。这些会与你解除绑定,但保留在他们自己的账号里。如果你希望这部分也删掉,请让本人自行删除,或者在邮件里说明。
另外,系统运行日志里会留一条删除记录,只有账号 ID 和数量统计,不含邮箱、手机号或任何对话内容。
删除之后
不可恢复。同一个邮箱或手机号可以重新注册,但那是一个全新的空账号。

如果你係長輩帳號,你喺每一個仔女嗰邊嘅記錄都會刪走,包括你已經解除咗連接嗰啲。
唔會刪走啲乜
你屋企人自己寫落嘅嘢唔係你嘅,唔會刪走,好似仔女幫你填嘅資料卡、仔女自己嘅記憶。呢啲會同你解除綁定,但係留喺佢哋自己個帳號度。如果你想呢部分都刪埋,叫本人自己刪,或者喺信入面講一聲。
另外,系統日誌會留一行刪除記錄,只有帳號 ID 同數量統計,冇電郵、冇電話號碼、亦都冇任何對話內容。
刪咗之後
返唔到轉頭。同一個電郵或者電話號碼可以重新註冊,不過嗰個係一個全新嘅空帳號。
Delete your Everly AI account
This page explains how to delete your Everly AI account and the data that goes with it. Both routes below do the same thing, and it is a real erase, not a deactivation.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Everly AI and tap Me in the bottom bar
- Tap your photo and name at the top to open Settings
- Scroll to Delete account, enter your password, and confirm once more
It takes effect immediately.
Already uninstalled the app? Request it by email
Send your request to
Please write from the email address you registered with, and include the phone number or email on the account. If you are a parent who registered with a phone number rather than an email, say so and we will verify you another way.
We complete the deletion and write back to confirm within 30 days, usually within a few business days.
What gets deleted
- The account itself, along with your name, email, phone number and profile photo
- All of your conversation history and conversation summaries
- Every memory the AI learned from you
- All audio held on our servers, including voice samples and call recordings
- The voice cloned for you, revoked at the provider as well (where a provider has no delete API, the revocation is queued until it does)
- Wishes, stories and care alerts you created
- Your connections to family members
If you are a parent, your records are removed from every child's account, including children you have since disconnected from.
What does not get deleted
Things your family members wrote themselves are theirs, not yours, so they stay. For example the profile card a child filled in about you, or a child's own memories. Those are unbound from your account but remain in theirs. If you want that removed too, ask them to delete it, or mention it in your email.
Our system log also keeps one line recording that a deletion happened. It contains account IDs and counts only, never an email address, a phone number or anything that was said.
Afterwards
This cannot be undone. The same email or phone number can be used to register again, but that is a brand new, empty account.
